Can an Entitlement Code be claimed more than once?
No. Claiming the Entitlement Code marks the code as used and cannot be claimed again. The PIN Code remains active until redeemed.
Does my Entitlement Code expire?
The Entitlement Code is valid for the duration of the PIN, as stated on the receipt. It is in the interest of the purchaser to claim or gift the Entitlement Code within this timeframe.
What happens if I lose my Entitlement Code?
The Entitlement Code is associated with the PIN Code and therefore its face value. It is the receipt holder’s responsibility to retain the receipt with the Entitlement Code.
Can I change my mind after I have gifted my Entitlement Code?
No. You have up to one day before the Entitlement Code is scheduled to be sent to edit the gift message and recipient email address.
